Way of use: Put a few milliliters of the beach milk in your hand and with light, massaging movements, spread it over the exposed parts of the body and face. Use it 20 minutes before sun exposure. Reducing the amount significantly lowers the level of protection. Reapply liberally every 2 hours, especially after swimming, sweating, playing in the sand or toweling off. Avoid intense sun from 12:00 to 15:00.
